Here is a list of tools that I recommend for all of my clients. I have found that using these together helps my clients move through what is holding them back quickly.
Gratitude Journal - remember the Law of Attraction: What you focus on you create. In a troubled relationship, or holding onto someone that is no longer in your life, your fears right now are probably that you will never find a man/woman that can pull it together and find that love that your soul desires. Looking for work or changing jobs, the fear can be that you will always be stuck, or that you will never find a company that valuses you. Because that fear is so strong, guess what you keep creating! More to fear! I want you to start focusing on what you have today. Start a gratitude journal. Every day write down 5 things in your life that you are grateful for. KEEP THIS ABOUT YOU. This will also help with depression as when we feel gratitude, it floods our brains with serotonin, which is what anti depressants work on.
If you are a parent, here is a little trick that I like to use with gratitude. I remember what it was like watching my son sleep or falling asleep on my chest. That feeling of overwhelming peace and love. I recreate that feeling while I am practicing gratitude. For me, this is as close as we can get to feeling God's love for us.
Hypnosis - Look on iTunes/Google Play or the internet for self worth or self esteem hypnosis program. I recommend that you to listen to one every night as you fall asleep. Do this for at least 30 days. This will help start the process of rewiring your subconscious patterns.
Google Emotional, Mental, Verbal Abuse - Most of my clients wanting to talk about relationships never know that they are in an abusive relationship. If you have to ask a psychic where you stand or how someone feels about you, chances are pretty good that you are in an abusive relationship. By learning what this kind of abuse looks like, how you got stuck in the trap with help you start to address the real issues, creating a solid foundation or preventing you from falling into the same trap in the future.
"Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One" by Dr. Joe Dispenza - Did you know that your subconscious mind makes a decision 8 seconds before your conscious is even aware that a decision has been made? No wonder making changes is so hard. This book combines neuroscience and the laws of attraction to help you change the way you feel about yourself and help you deal with your own fears quickly. I recommend this book for everyone.
I know that this can feel overwhelming. But, I want you to know that you are worthy of an healthy, caring, loving relationships, a fantastic job or anything else that you desire that isn't working right now in your life!! And you can have this, but you have to learn how to love, care and be healthy for yourself first.
